What personal data we collect and why we collect it
To fulfil your order you must provide me with certain information this includes your name, postal address and details about the product you are ordering. You may also provide me with additional information (for custom design etc) if you contact me directly.
WHY I NEED YOUR INFORMATION, HOW I USE IT AND HOW I STORE IT:-
I only collect information needed to fulfil you order, settle any disputes or provide customer support.
When you place an order certain details are transferred to an order book. The information that is recorded in this book is your full name, the product ordered and order value only.
Information from these order books is retained for the minimum period as required by UK tax law.
INFORMATION SHARING:-
Information sharing is limited as follows
SERVICE PROVIDERS:- Trusted 3rd Parties who I use to deliver your items. The majority of parcels are sent via Royal Mail or MyHermes. They are only given information necessary to perform the service required (name and address details)
DATA RETENTION:-
I generally only keep data for the period required by UK Tax Law. Once the required period is reached information will be destroyed via confidential waste incineration or shredding.
YOUR RIGHTS:-
You may have rights to access and receive a copy of information I hold about you. You can request this by contacting me using the details below.
You may be able to request that I change, restrict or delete the personal information I hold about you. I will delete any information as requested unless I am required to keep it for legal reasons. (I will inform you if I am unable to delete as requested)

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Comments
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
