Please read the Terms and Conditions before ordering from Studio 17 Stationery. By making a purchase you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.
Any purchase you make is for your own personal use, and may not be used for any commercial purposes unless permission is received from me. (This means you cannot purchase any products, downloads or artwork with the purpose of selling commercially for profit in any way)
Working and Turnaround Times
Any reference to ‘days’ regarding production of items relates to ‘working days’ and does not include weekends or public bank holidays. As a general rule my processing times are approximately 7 working days for stickers & prints and 10-14 working days for all books. During busier periods this may vary so please pay attention to the website banner which usually has current turnaround times. Studio 17 is not my only work and I may increase turnaround times, or reduce working hours/ limit order numbers if I am particularly busy. If you have any questions about when an item will be received please make enquiries BEFORE you order.
Products
If you order a product that has a set design with minimal changes needed for your order (eg a preset cover with your name on or a preset sticker with your name on) you will not usually be sent a design proof for approval. This is because it is a simple edit to a set design/format. If you require a proof for these items you must notify me at the time of ordering. If you are supplying a logo for your order you must provide the ORIGINAL logo file. I accept jpeg, png, pdf or psd files. If you are unable to supply a high res image then the print quality is likely to be poorer. Studio 17 accepts no responsibility for poor quality prints if you have provided low res images.
Studio 17 take photographs and videos of all completed items and these photographs and videos may be used on the website or on social media or for other marketing purposes. You can request that products containing personal information (such as personal photos, or contact information) are not shared publicly. You must do this when you order.
As colours vary on different screens/monitors photos of products may differ slightly to the final printed version.
Custom Design Work
All designs produced remain the property of Studio 17 Stationery. I do not charge any extra fees for custom design work and therefore any design can be reproduced in future and sold to other customers. I do not offer an exclusive design service. The only exception to this is if you provide your own artwork/logo and I am doing a print service only or if your design includes personal photos, although elements of the design using personal photos/logos may be reproduced without your images.
Postage
All items are posted Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard. If you want any other service you can purchase one of the postage upgrades at the time of ordering.
2nd Class post is usually delivered in 5-7 working days. If your item does not arrive after 10 working days, a full refund or a replacement can be offered.
Cancellations & Returns
You have the right to cancel your order at any time*. If you cancel your order prior to any work taking place you will receive a full refund. If work has started the cost of the work undertaken will be deducted from your refund. Should you wish to return your item you must notify me as soon as possible so I can start the returns process*. If you are returning the item because you have changed your mind or no longer want the item you must pay for the return postage. No refund will be issued until the item is received so a tracked shipping method is recommended. If the item is damaged and you do not want a replacement, or is being returned due to an error on my part then the cost of the postage will be covered by Studio 17 Stationery. Any items that are classed as seconds or in clearance due to imperfections are excluded from the returns policy .
*Custom/personalised items are exempt from the Consumer Contract Regulations. Custom/personalised items can only be returned is they are faulty, damaged, not fit for purpose or for any other reason that is the fault of Studio 17.
Prices
Prices are correct at the time of posting, although they may be subject to change . Any errors or glitches that may allow products to be purchased at different prices/lower prices will not be honoured. If an error or glitch is identified you will be contacted and asked if you wish to proceed with your order at the correct price.
